Le Prieuré
Le Prieuré is a beautifully restored old stone cottage nestled in the small hamlet of Haut Montant on the edge of the village of Marié. The building has been recently fully restored to a luxurious standard and has electric heating for all year round use.The whole of Le Prieuré is exclusively yours for the duration of your holiday.
The house features two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Two of the rooms have large en suite shower rooms a further shower rooms is on the ground floor.
The large lounge and kitchen diner runs the entire length of the ground floor so you never loose touch with your family and friends. As you can see from the picture , Al fresco dining is the normal activity during the long summer days.
Surrounded by the beautiful french countryside, you can enjoy the relaxation and simple pleasures of rural life.
On the ground floor:
Oak beamed ceiling, comfortable seating, T.V. Sky satellite Stereo, CD Player. French doors leading to the courtyard.
The courtyard has a covered patio area for dining around the table and enjoying a barbecue. Further on the garden features some lovely trees and the 7m x 4m swimming pool. The entire garden has been fenced off for complete privacy and safety.
Upstairs:
Travelling up the beautiful stone staircase we have;

Moving up another floor, the twin bedded room is open plan style with the vaulted beams exposed. This too has its own en suite facilities.

The accommodation is for six, + babies, two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room, sorry no pets.
